From 3 to 5 February 2026, Moteurs Baudouin will take part in Euromaritime in Marseille, at Parc Chanot. Stand C56.

As the maritime industry navigates unprecedented challenges from energy transition and sovereignty to evolving regulations and geopolitical shifts. Baudouin stands as a trusted long-term industrial partner. We empower shipowners and port operators with robust, high-performance solutions, wherever strategic operations matter most.

Euromaritime 2026: a strategic platform for maritime industries

Since its creation, Euromaritime has positioned itself as a genuine business accelerator for maritime and inland navigation industries. The event provides a space where technical innovation, regulatory developments and industrial realities converge. With hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of visitors from dozens of countries and a dense conference programme. Euromaritime enables meaningful exchanges on maritime transport, shipbuilding and repair, port activities and future maritime technologies.

For industry players, the event offers a concrete opportunity to connect projects with solutions, discuss operational constraints and explore realistic pathways toward more efficient and sustainable maritime operations.

Addressing today’s maritime challenges

The maritime sector faces increasing pressure to deliver high levels of reliability while controlling operating costs and supporting more sustainable practices. These requirements leave little room for compromise, particularly in demanding maritime environments where engines must operate continuously, withstand harsh conditions and remain easy to maintain over long service lives.

Baudouin designs its marine engines with these realities in mind. Drawing on decades of engineering expertise and close collaboration with shipyards, integrators and operators worldwide. Baudouin combines robust construction, ease of maintenance and efficient operation. This practical engineering approach supports long-term performance and operational continuity across a wide range of vessels and duty cycles, without compromising safety or efficiency.

Focus on the 6M21.3 marine engine with SCR configurated showcased at Euromaritime

At Euromaritime 2026, Baudouin will present the 6M21.3, a genuine marine engine specifically engineered for professional maritime applications. This six-cylinder in-line engine features a total displacement of 12.54 litres and is designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding operating conditions, from 368 to 441 KW.

The engine will be configured with an SCR aftertreatment system, allowing compliance with IMO Tier III emission requirements. It is also HVO compatible, enabling operators to reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining operational performance. The 6M21.3 marine engine is also compliant with AUS 40.

It offers a high level of flexibility in terms of fuel compatibility and urea grade selection, enabling seamless adaptation to the various fuel and urea distribution networks available to our customers worldwide.

Its architecture incorporates individual cylinder heads, allowing for simplified maintenance and faster servicing. This design choice helps reduce downtime and supports uninterrupted operations, which are critical for vessels operating on tight schedules or in remote areas. Built with key components made from highly durable materials, the 6M21.3 is engineered to ensure long-term reliability and endurance throughout its service life.

Designed for a wide range of marine applications

The 6M21.3 is suitable for P1, P2 and P3 duty profiles, making it adaptable to a broad spectrum of maritime uses. These include deep-sea and shrimp trawlers, sea-going and river tug boats, push boats, freighters, dredgers, LCTs and ferries. It also supports intermittent-duty applications such as seasonal passenger vessels, fishing boats, workboats, commercial pleasure craft, pump boats, displacement sailboats and tugboats.

This versatility allows operators and integrators to rely on a single engine platform across multiple vessel types. It simplifies integration and fleet management.

Euromaritime as a space for dialogue and collaboration

Baudouin’s participation in Euromaritime is driven by the importance of direct exchange with industry stakeholders. The event provides a valuable setting to discuss concrete projects, operational feedback and evolving requirements with shipowners, shipyards, designers and institutional partners. These discussions are essential to ensuring that future marine power solutions remain aligned with real-world needs.

Meet Baudouin at Euromaritime 2026

Throughout the exhibition, Baudouin’s teams will be available to meet maritime professionals. And discuss applications, projects and technical requirements around marine propulsion and auxiliary power. Euromaritime offers the ideal opportunity to engage in open, technical discussions and explore how reliable marine engines can support the success of maritime operations.
