“I joined Baudouin as an HR Assistant in a work-study program. From day one, I was pushed to grow — quickly taking on full responsibilities thanks to the trust and mentorship I received. Over the years, I moved from HR Generalist to HR Manager, and in 2024, I became Human Resources Director.

” I joined Baudouin as an apprentice engineer, working on industrial methods and warehouse organization. Step by step, I grew within the company: product manager, customization lead, and now Deputy Production Director.
What makes this journey special is the trust placed in me from the start. At each stage, I was given the opportunity to evolve, take on more responsibility, and contribute to projects that shape the future of Baudouin.
Today, I oversee a team of 50 to 60 people and manage a wide scope that includes logistics, machining, assembly, testing, painting, and shipment. Being part of the major expansion of our production facilities is both a challenge and a source of pride — it gives real meaning to my role.
