Area Sales Manager

Directly reporting to our Sales Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and Identifying key business opportunities in the affected area
  • Increasing new business opportunities
  • Initiating new relationships with potential clients
  • Developing, Maintaining and Retaining of existing suppliers
  • Managing Business Plans
  • Overseeing end-to-end sales process
  • Ensuring Customers Following and Support
  • Ensuring all sales support
  • Keeping up to date with industry offerings and our competitors
  • Acting as a liaison between the factory and the customer
  • Participating to all sales related matters

Your Skills

  • Fluent in English – Second language will be appreciated
  • Able to work cross functionally and across different cultures
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong customer facing capabilities
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and career-driven
  • Confident and Proactive (we want you to demonstrate ways we can increase sales)
  • The ability to engage with clients from a diverse range of industries
  • Marine industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally

  • Possess an attention to detail

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Ideally 3 years sales experience in a similar role
  • MBA, Business School or Experience in sales with mechanical knowledge
